Feature gate
Requires subscription features enableAiAssistant and/or enableAiAnalytics (plan-dependent). If the icon is hidden, upgrade or enable features on your subscription.
Who can use this

How to open
- Sign in to
/adminor/staff. - Click the Maigic Assistant icon (bot/maigic icon) in the right icon bar.
- Type a question in natural language (e.g. sales trends, how to configure loyalty).
- Follow suggested actions or links returned in the assistant panel.
There is no dedicated /admin/ai-assistant page—the assistant is a slide-over / modal from the shell.
Good practices
- Ask specific questions tied to your org context (location, date range).
- Verify numbers in Analytics or financial reports before financial decisions.
- Do not paste secrets, API keys, or card data into the chat.
