Configure how physical goods ship to customers—methods, rates, and delivery zones for retail and e-commerce tenants.

What you configure
- Shipping methods — carrier/service options shown at checkout (name, pricing rules, active flag).
- Zones — geographic areas where each method applies (linked to method configuration in the shipping client).
Steps
- Open Operations → Shipping (or
/admin/shipping). - Review existing methods in the list.
- Add or Edit a method; set name, pricing, and eligibility.
- Define or adjust zones so methods apply only where you deliver.
- Save. Test on the storefront checkout with an address inside and outside a zone.
Verify it worked
- Storefront checkout shows expected methods for a test address in-zone.
- Out-of-zone addresses do not offer invalid methods.
