View upcoming and past restaurant reservations, including pre-orders linked to a booking.

Who can use this

Signed-in customers with reservation records tied to their customer profile.

Empty states

  • Upcoming: No upcoming reservationsYou don't have any upcoming reservations. Book a table to get started! with Book a Table button.

Reservation card information

Each card typically shows:

  • Scheduled date/time and party size
  • Location (sub-organization / merchant name)
  • Table number (when assigned)
  • Status: PENDING, CONFIRMED, SEATED, COMPLETED, CANCELLED, NO_SHOW
  • Special requests
  • Linked pre-order summary (when order is attached)

Upcoming cards may show pre-order actions; past cards do not.

Steps — book a new reservation

  1. From empty state, click Book a Table,
    or open the merchant storefront reservation flow: /store/{slug}/.../reservations (when online reservations are enabled).
  2. Choose date, time, party size, and contact details per storefront UI.
  3. Optionally add a pre-order during booking.
  4. After confirmation, verify the booking under Upcoming.

Steps — manage existing reservation

  1. Open /customer/reservations.
  2. Select the reservation card in Upcoming or Past.
  3. Use on-card actions (modify, cancel, view pre-order—labels depend on merchant policy and status).

Cancellation rules follow merchant reservation settings (e.g. cancellation hours, deposits).

Verify it worked

  • New booking appears under Upcoming with status PENDING or CONFIRMED.
  • After visit, reservation moves to Past with COMPLETED or SEATED.
