Accept a staff invitation
Join an organization as a staff member using the email invitation link.
Route
/invite/{token} — Staff Invitation
Prerequisites
- Valid invitation email from your organization's admin
- Invitation not expired (valid for 7 days after send)
Steps
- Open the invitation link from your email.
- Review organization name, role, and assigned locations on the Staff Invitation screen.
- Choose one path:
- Sign In & Accept Invitation — you already have an account; enter password.
- Create Account & Accept Invitation — enter first name, last name, password, confirm password.
- After success, you are redirected to
/staff. - Read Understand staff permissions if menus look incomplete.
Verify it worked
- You land on the staff dashboard without errors.
- Assigned locations appear in the invitation summary before accept.
Common issues
